`Game Plan’ Repeats As Box-Office Champ

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson repeated as the weekend’s box-office champion as his football family flick “The Game Plan” remained No. 1 with $16.6 million.

“The Heartbreak Kid” a comedy reuniting Ben Stiller with his “There’s Something About Mary” filmmakers Peter and Bobby Farrelly, debuted in second-place with a surprisingly weak $14 million.

The top 20 movies at U.S. and Canadian theaters Friday through Sunday, followed by distribution studio, gross, number of theater locations, average receipts per location, total gross and number of weeks in release, as compiled Monday by Media By Numbers LLC are:
