I'm still probing people's opinions after seeing it because I was completely unsatisfied. The familial severance wasn't breath taking, the symmetry was artistic in these affairs but nothing I haven't seen before. I think DDL's performance was very much based upon Bill the Butcher part deux. The plot points come from no where and at the end...the Blood promised by the ominous title isn't satisfying. Perhaps that's the point? I'm interested to hear why you liked it so much, you are obviously very knowledgeable about the film please write me back.
